The Playlist I Offer, at least for now, or Cut Your Ties to the Toxic Mess

If you're absolutely positive that your job does not contribute anything positive to society then you should seriously consider... not going anymore.

You are so much better off staying home with whatever children might be around that NEED you and your attention. You're better off learning to cook and gardening and meeting your friends for coffee.

If you know for a fact that your job DOES contribute to society then please, kindly consider continuing to go and serve. Chop wood. Carry water. Do your best and keep on keepin' on, regardless of whether there is money to be earned. No one really wants money, anyway. We want what money can buy us or what we THINK money can buy us. Let's just go for that stuff directly instead. If there is a job that no one wants to do then invent robots for that. Why should ANYONE spend their life doing something they don't want to do if they don't have to?

My suggested playlist:

Nurses! Teachers! Doctors! Fire Fighters: keep going to work.

Daycare workers and summer camp counselors: keep going to work.

Artists and Actors: keep going to work.

Scientists: keep going to work.

Musicians and comedians: keep going to work.

Farmers: keep going to work.

Construction workers and maintenance people: keep going to work.

Internet builders and maintenance people: keep going to work.

Investigative Journalists and Sincere Radio hosts: keep going to work.

Restauranteers: keep going to work until we don't need you to anymore.

Front of house and back of house: keep going to work if you like it and if they need you.

Drivers: keep going to work until we don't need you to anymore.

Fast food workers: keep going to work until we don't need you to anymore.

Grocery store workers: keep going to work until we don't need you to anymore.

Police: give it a good hard thought and determine whether you are there to Do Good or not then decide accordingly. Do not tolerate dirty cops.

Judges: have immaculate intentions and do your job fairly and be trustworthy. We shall all be cross with you if you do not.

Soldiers: evaluate your war and determine if it is just. Do not tolerate unjust wars. Eventually we will have no more wars.

Lawyers: another tough one. Do your due diligence.

Lobbyists: stay home.

Advertisement salesmen: stay home.

Insurance companies: stay home.

Useless bureaucrats: stay home.

Gossip columnists: stay home.

Bankers and everyone whose job exists to just push money around while you skim some off: stay home.

Evaluate your job and profession and pray in thanks for the guidance that is there and listen to the guidance. If you don't like my playlist then keep going to work until you can think of something BETTER to be doing with your time.

If you stay home then make that time count for the people who can't stay home, or go help them with their work.

Play with the children. Never harm a child or allow harm to come to a child. Any child.

Get out in the streets and protest for justice. Evaluate your motives.

I love you.

I love this blog and website and everything connected with them.

I find it terribly reassuring that this art and I are under the same sky.
